MONDAY

Our first full day with the children. Getting up at twenty past seven for the team meeting in the morning seems like a remarkably cruel and unusual punishment.

This is when I found out that instead of doing my activity with ten people for one hour once a day, I would in fact be doing my activity with up to twenty five people, for one hour twice a day. (Each English person had had to prepare an activity to run with a group of Latvians as an English-speaking exercise. I had prepared a forest fitness course and we only had limited amounts of rope and ideas). Still, God will provide.
