SATURDAY

Today we packed. About two o clock the buses came, there were some tearful goodbyes (and some manly hugs) and the Latvians were gone. Then a couple of hours later the buses returned, picked up the English team and took us to Riga.

There we found our church and made our beds; this involved laying out some matresses on the floor and unrolling our sleeping bags on top of them.

Faith, Jon and Dan were delighted to discover that the church had a PA system, a piano, some guitar jacks and a drum set. Later it turned out that a "well known" Christian band called Second Chance come from that church.
