We support workers in our own church, Christian workers abroad and various Christian organisations.

Matlock Area Schools Trust
Matlock Area Schools Trust (www.mastrust.org) exists to promote the teaching of scripture in schools in Matlock and the surrounding areas.
Two full time workers, Michael Fentem from Derbyshire Dales Christian Centre, Wirksworth and James Coates from Steep Turnpike Evangelical Church, Matlock conduct Christian Assemblies in over forty schools in the area at least once every half term.
Other Christian school activities, Christian Union, lunch time clubs and RE Lessons - are supported by James and Michael during the year.

This Matlock Church is evangelical, providing activities for children & adults, families & singles, young people, senior and retired people. As one of the lively, Bible-based Christian churches in Matlock we provide fun kids' clubs, youth groups, adult groups and support, community activities, seasonal events, fellowship, worship, prayer & Bible teaching.
