INFORMATION FOR PARENTS
REGULAR ACTIVITIES
Regular children's activities are held in the easy to find church building.For Sunday Club no registration is required. These are open to everyone - you can simply 'turn up'. If you prefer, you can contact us first.
Weekday childrens' activities have limited space, however, so please contact us first if you are interested in these. Age groups for activities are listed in the Kids' Weekly Diary (see right).
There is a creche for babies during each Family service (details at end of this page).
PARENTS & TODDLERS GROUPS
Our regular Parents & Toddlers group is called Tiptoes - details are in the Kids' Weekly Diary (see right).The Dads' group, Dads, Toddlers & Bacon Butties is listed below under holiday activities.
HOLIDAY ACTIVITIES
Dads, Toddlers & Bacon Butties
One Saturday during each half term, Dads gather from all over Matlock for a Bacon Butty Breakfast. Check it out!Holiday Clubs
There are special activities for children during the School Holidays.Registration is always essential for any holiday activities, because they are very popular and we run out of spaces fast! You are welcome to make enquiries as far ahead as you like!
USING OUR KID'S WEBSITE
We provide kids.inmatlock.com - a fun website for your children to use in addition to our regular church website.
kids.inmatlock.com has photos and also jigsaws, typing games and other activities / games which we have devised ourselves and which we host on our own website.
However, we also include links to other Christian websites with suitable games and fun activities. We believe that these links are to 'safe' sites, but we have no control over their content (which may change) and we ask that you would please monitor your child's use of the internet, and let us know of any problems that may arise.
Photo Galleries
If you would like your child's photo to appear on the website following special events, please send us a signed letter giving your permission (or ask for a form to fill in). We will not include your child's name on the website. Thank you for your help in this matter.Quick links to

An opportunity to let your children play with others (under your supervision) in a big, safe space.
You get to have a cuppa and a chat with other adults.

FIZZ! - a NEW club for children
Mondays 4-5pm
Age: Reception - Year 1 (accompanied)
FIZZ! bridges the gap between Tiptoes and Footsteps. We start by reviving your tired children with refreshments. Storytime - with Miles the Monkey - sets the scene for lots of games, crafts, singing and other activities. The children are loving having a smaller club especially for them!

SUNDAY CLUB
Sunday Club is having a bit of a makeover at the moment, but basically it is for children aged 4 - 14 yrs.During term-time Sunday Clubs for several age-groups are held for 30 mins during the family service. This service also includes various children's items.
During school holidays there are informal activities for Primary age children instead of Sunday Club. During the summer holidays these are 'Sunday Summer Activities'.
There is also a Creche for your younger children - see next item.
SUNDAY CRECHE
During school holidays the facilities are available for your use.
